Express Mail LLC (also known as Express Mail 360 / Express Mail and Print) is a family-owned shipping, printing, and business-services center in Bremerton serving the Kitsap Peninsula, offering USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL shipping, printing, mailbox rentals, document scanning, rubber stamps, and notary public services. IMPORTANT: Notary service is in-store only — they do not offer mobile/traveling notarization. They do handle estate-planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives) and are comfortable working with elderly clients, but signings must happen at their Kitsap Way location.
