Xpress Notary Agency offers on-site mobile notary services only, traveling to a client's home, business, nursing home, hospital, or any other convenient location; it does not take appointments at a fixed office location. Services include general notarizations, VIN verification, fingerprinting (standard ink-card, for healthcare, licensing, private schools, group homes, and daycares/preschools), loan closings and refinancing documents, solemnization of marriage, and signing at nursing homes and hospitals. The agency also handles family documents such as divorce paperwork, wills, powers of attorney, adoption paperwork, and minor consent-to-travel forms, as well as business documents including financial documents, employment documents, and contracts. As required by Florida law, all signers must be physically present and must show valid photo identification issued within the past five years. Payment is required in advance once an appointment is confirmed.
