How do I delete my HeirLight account?

Go to Settings, open Account, and tap Delete Account. Confirm the deletion to remove all your data and sign out.

What happens to my documents when I delete my account?

All previously generated documents will be permanently deleted from our system and cannot be recovered. Download any documents you want to keep before deleting your account.

Will deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

Can I create a new account after deleting mine?

Yes. You can create a new account using the same phone number, but it will start fresh with no previous data.

Can I get my subscription back after deleting my account?

If you subscribed and delete your account within a year, you can recreate your account and use Restore Purchase to get your subscription back.

A few things worth knowing before you proceed.
