How to restore your subscription after switching devices
Switching devices should not interrupt your access. If you had an active HeirLight subscription, you can restore it in just a few steps. Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google Play, so the process is simple and secure.
How to Restore Your Subscription
- Tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap Restore Purchase.
- We will automatically look for an existing subscription tied to your account.
- To confirm it worked, tap View Plans. Your current plan should be visible there.
If Your Subscription Did Not Restore
If your plan is not showing after following these steps, we are happy to help. You can reach us by tapping Support in the app settings screen, or by submitting a request at heirlight.com/en/support.
